Faces of New Chapel Hill

On January 21, 2007, groups representing all members of New Chapel Hill Baptist Church held a ground breaking ceremony to kick off the construction of a 10,000 square-foot education building. All age groups, from children through adults, took part because all age groups were a part of the vision of what the project would mean to the Lord and His church. Every member of the church has had the opportunity to make a commitment to the financial support of the project and all but about $65,000 of the $1,065,000 cost has already been pledged.

Miss Mary McDonald, then New Chapel Hill's newest member, had the honor of turning the first spadeful of dirt.
